As far as we know, we are the only fish house in the Houston area that has a federal dealer's permit to purchase gulf fish direct from fishermen. What does that mean for the consumer? That allows you to purchase local Gulf fish, as direct as possible, that has not been passed through middlemen and has been inspected and taken care of in a responsible manner. The only way to find fresher fish is to catch it yourself! We only bring our local Gulf seafood to the farmer's market and on any given Saturday we should have a wide variety of fish including snapper, grouper, cobia, wahoo, almaco jack, mahi, tuna and more. We also bring local gulf shrimp and prepared products like campechana and gumbo which we prepare using our local seafood.
